PERFORMANCE DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and capable of driving measurable business growth through paid media and supporting SEO initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.
* Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
* Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
* Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.
* Manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
* Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content recommendations, and performance tracking.
* Monitor organic traffic and search performance using Google Search Console and GA4.
* Collaborate with the content and web teams to improve website visibility, landing-page performance, and overall user experience.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO practices, and platform updates.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
* Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Search Console, and on-page optimization.
* Excellent analytical, reporting, and budget management skills.
* Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing is an advantage.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
