Job Description
- Executes, coordinates, and monitors performance management activities within approved frameworks and plans to ensure structured and consistent implementation across NHCI.
- Supports execution of performance management frameworks, appraisal cycles, and related guidelines in alignment with organizational policies and governance standards.
- Coordinates SMART objective setting and KPI development processes with managers to ensure alignment with strategic goals and continuous updates.
- Monitors performance appraisal cycles by tracking completion status, consolidating feedback, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records.
- Executes performance analysis activities and supports the preparation of recommendations related to promotions, salary adjustments, rotations, and role changes.
- Coordinates Personal Development Plan (PDP) activities by linking performance outcomes with development needs and career objectives.
- Monitors succession planning activities by maintaining talent data, identifying high-potential employees, and updating succession matrices.
- Coordinates implementation of career path frameworks by documenting mobility opportunities and ensuring visibility of progression paths across NHCI.
- Executes employee development initiatives including workshops, training sessions, and career guidance activities.
- Monitors performance-related cases in collaboration with Employee Relations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up in line with policies.
- Coordinates maintenance of performance and succession records to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in performance and career management processes and supports implementation of enhancements.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or Labor Relations, or any related field is required
