We are currently looking for a People Partner to join our team in the Kingdom.
This is a key role, working closely with leadership to deliver both operational HR support and strategic people initiatives, enhancing the employee experience while supporting business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations and HR best practice
- Managing complex ER cases, performance issues, and supporting difficult conversations
- Driving onboarding, probation, and performance management processes
- Supporting talent development, succession planning, and retention initiatives
- Delivering HR policies, training, and engagement initiatives
- Using data and insights to improve the overall people experience
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Saudi employment law
- Proven experience implementing HR initiatives and partnering with stakeholders
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
