Job Title: Real Estate Lead – Private Properties

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Real Estate Lead to manage multiple privately owned properties of the owner in Dubai and India, including short-term rental properties like Airbnb. The role involves property management, project oversight, contract management, cost control, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operations and optimal returns.
The ideal candidate should have a background in real estate, project management, architecture, interior design, or construction and be skilled in contract management, documentation, and digital tools for efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Private Property & Real Estate Management:
Site Visits: Regularly inspect and oversee the owner’s properties to ensure proper maintenance and efficiency.
Project Oversight: Manage ongoing construction and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Vendor & Cost Management: Identify and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to reduce costs and ensure high-quality service.
Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts with contractors, architects, and service providers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
Billing & Documentation: Review and verify invoices, ensuring they align with contract terms and work completed.
Stakeholder Coordination: Conduct meetings with architects, contractors, and consultants, providing regular updates to the owner.
Technical Oversight: Utilize AutoCAD and have a basic understanding of construction to monitor project progress effectively.
Short-Term Rental Management: Oversee Airbnb and other rental properties, ensuring smooth operations and profitability.
Technology & Tools:
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.) for documentation and reporting.
Familiarity with project management and financial tracking tools to streamline operations.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Project Management (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate management, project management, construction, or property management.
Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials.
Experience in contract management and financial oversight of projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and digital tools for project tracking.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel to India occasionally for property-related work.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
