Masafi is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated People & Culture Intern to join our team.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience across key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR coordination, and people-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
- Support employee engagement activities and internal initiatives
- Maintain HR trackers, records, and reports
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team
- Assist with other HR projects as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information professionally
- Available to complete the full internship period
