Role Overview
Swan Global is looking for a People & Culture Intern to support HR initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational development. This internship offers hands‑on experience in fostering a strong workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Help with HR documentation, policy updates, and compliance tracking.
- Research best practices for workplace culture and diversity & inclusion.
- Assist in internal communications, event planning, and employer branding efforts.
- Collect feedback from employees to improve work culture and engagement.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Passion for people development and workplace culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an interest in HR tech/tools is a plus.
