With the strategic rapid growth of our luxury brands in Qatar at IHG Hotels and Resorts, we are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator with luxury and lifestyle brand hotel experiences to
join our team
in Doha.
Your Day to Day
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the People & Culture Department and other departmental managers in the day-to-day HR operations including clerical and administrative duties. You will support in the different areas of P&C by providing first-class employee relations services to deliver an excellent colleague experience.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
Similar experience in a luxury hotel/resort
Strong interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy including proficiency in MS Office applications
Creative
Ability to multitask
Ability to work in large anddiverse team
Experience using HRIS is an advantage
