What you’ll be doing
As an HR Associate / Business Coordinator, you will play a hybrid role in supporting both human resources and business functions. Reporting directly to the General Manager of OTB, this role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience seeking to build their career in HR while gaining exposure toproject coordinationand business operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of afast-pacedluxuryretail environmentby ensuring seamless HR operations and providingefficient support.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
Administer employee attendance, leaves, and overall absenteeism, ensuring records areup-to-dateand compliant.
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records in the HRIS and ensurecompliance with labor lawsand company policies.
Oversee work visa and labor contract applications, renewals, and cancellations, coordinating with PROs and employees.
Assist with performance review processes (PDRs, KPIs,salary reviews) to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics such as staff turnover, absenteeism, and headcount reports.
Supportemployee engagementinitiatives and well-being programs to foster apositive work cultureand to drive people strategy andemployee engagementfor Back Office and Front liner teams.
Business Coordination Responsibilities:
Provide business support to the General Manager, including liaising with Business teams and stakeholders (Management, Projects, Leasing, Legal, Tech).
Support in coordinating key projects, tracking progress and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
Prepare organizational charts, reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
Follow up on material deliveries, payment cycles, and project timelines to ensure smooth execution.
Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to streamline operations.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, business coordination, or administration.
Knowledge of Middle Eastern labor laws and HR best practices.
