The People Coordinator, supporting role within the People & Culture team, assisting in the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. This entry-level role focuses on administrative accuracy, data management, and ensuring a positive employee experience through timely support and coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the HR field.
Key Responsibilities,
1. HR Administration & Data Management
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system with a high degree of accuracy.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system access coordination.
Support the generation of employment letters, ID cards, and other HR documentation.
2. Recruitment Support
Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and manage application tracking.
3. Employee Engagement & Support
Assist in organizing internal events such as welcome sessions, team activities, and recognition events.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Track attendance, leave records, and probation deadlines, escalating issues where needed.
Assist with basic HR reports and dashboards, including monthly headcount and attrition updates.
5. General Coordination
Support the People team in day-to-day tasks and any ad hoc administrative needs.
Maintain stock of HR-related materials (welcome kits, forms, etc.) and place orders when needed.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
2–4 years of relevant experience in an administrative or HR support role
Familiarity with HR systems is a plus, but not required
