Performance Management | 绩效管理

Support the planning and execution of company performance management cycles.

协助规划及执行公司绩效管理周期。

Coordinate performance review processes, timelines, and documentation.

协调绩效评估流程、时间安排及相关文档。

Assist managers in goal setting and OKR alignment processes.

协助管理者制定目标,并推动 OKR 对齐。

Track performance review completion and follow up with stakeholders.

Consolidate performance data and prepare summary reports.

Support probation and milestone review processes.

Help maintain performance management frameworks, templates, and tools.

Learning & Training | 学习与培训

Coordinate internal training programs and learning initiatives.

协调内部培训项目及学习发展计划。

Support training needs analysis in partnership with team managers.

与各部门负责人合作,协助开展培训需求分析。

Organize training schedules, materials, and participation tracking.

安排培训计划、准备培训资料,并跟踪参训情况。

Assist in onboarding training program structure and rollout.

协助搭建并推动新员工培训体系及落地实施。

Track training completion and learning progress metrics.

跟踪培训完成情况及学习进度指标。

Collect feedback and support continuous improvement of training programs.

收集培训反馈,并持续优化培训项目。

Program & Process Support | 项目与流程支持

Maintain performance and learning documentation and guidelines.

维护绩效管理及学习发展相关文档和操作指引。

Support rollout of new performance and development initiatives.

协助推进新的绩效管理及人才发展项目。

Prepare internal communications related to performance and training programs.

负责绩效管理及培训项目相关的内部沟通与通知。

Assist in building structured development pathways and competency frameworks.

协助建立人才发展路径及岗位能力模型。

Support HR projects related to talent development and capability building.

支持与人才发展及组织能力建设相关的人力资源项目。

Requirements | 任职要求

Experience | 工作经验

2–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Performance Management, or Learning & Development.

拥有 2–5 年人力资源、人才发展、绩效管理或学习与发展相关工作经验。

Experience supporting performance review or training programs preferred.

有绩效评估或培训项目支持经验者优先。

Experience in fast-paced or growing organizations is a plus.

有快速发展型企业或高速成长型组织工作经验者优先。
