Prepare inquiries and conduct price comparisons.
Follow up and enter confirmed items into the system.
Check incoming items against orders and perform calculations.
Create and issue purchase orders.
Maintain records of missing and pending items.
Coordinate wholesale exports in collaboration with management.
Book containers and negotiate prices on behalf of wholesale export customers.
Handle shipping logistics for wholesale export clients.
Prepare documents for sales meetings, including container lists, meeting points, and minutes, and organize the meetings.
Purchase items for wholesale orders and follow up on stock orders to create necessary purchase orders.
Knowledge of free zone operations is required.
Shipping experience and experience in importing are advantageous.
Perform various administrative tasks.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
2-5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, Preferably in Automotive Sector
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple supplier relationships
