Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Female Pediatrician to provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. The incumbent will be responsible for diagnosing and managing pediatric illnesses, monitoring growth and development, administering preventive care, and ensuring high standards of child healthcare in alignment with clinical best practices and organizational protocols. Preference will be given to candidates proficient in Malayalam or Tamil to effectively communicate with patients and families.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Monitor growth, developmental milestones, and nutritional status of children.
- Conduct routine check-ups, vaccinations, and preventive health screenings.
- Manage neonatal and infant care as per clinical guidelines.
- Provide emergency pediatric care when required.
- Counsel parents and guardians on child health, nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated pediatric care.
- Participate in quality improvement programs and continuing medical education (CME).
Mandatory Requirements
- MBBS with MD / DNB in Pediatrics or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Board Certification or equivalent in Pediatrics.
- Indian National – Female candidate.
- Preference for Malayalam or Tamil speaking candidates.
- Valid medical license to practice in the respective country/region (MOH / DHA / HAAD or equivalent).
- Valid SCC Certification.
- Minimum 5–10 years of clinical experience in pediatric practice.
- Strong clinical expertise in child and neonatal care.
