Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist with strong expertise in managing payroll for blue-collar workforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll and a solid understanding of labor regulations, timekeeping systems, and high-volume payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for a large blue-collar workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Utilize Oracle Fusion (HCM/Payroll module) for payroll processing, data management, and reporting.
  • Process employee data including attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, allowances, and final settlements.
  • Validate and reconcile payroll data from time and attendance systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement, including WPS compliance where applicable.
  • Handle payroll queries from employees and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and site teams for payroll inputs and approvals.
  • Support audits by preparing payroll reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
  • Process end-of-service benefits, leave encashments, and off-cycle payrolls.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of payroll experience, with a strong focus on blue-collar workforce payroll.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll.
  • Experience handling high-volume payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, WPS, and payroll compliance.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
