Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and controlling personnel loans (personnel cost planning, controlling, simulation) as well as the operational implementation of job management
Prepare strategic HR controlling tasks, including reports to management, executives and parliament
Advise and support the People & Strategy department head and the HR business partners on all HR resource topics
Develop and design strategic, operational and procedural foundations for HR resource planning and HR reporting
Monitor HR-relevant strategies and create and interpret level-appropriate evaluations from SAP
Job Experience
University degree or comparable training, preferably with specialization in HR controlling or finance and several years of experience in a comparable role
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Good knowledge of dealing with complex data analyses and report creation with BI Launchpad
High sense of responsibility, independence and precision
