We are currently hiring a Payroll Specialist – UAE (Client Payroll & Compliance) to support multiple client accounts and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across diverse payroll structures.

Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai (Onsite / Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client accounts with full ownership of accuracy and timelines
  • Process payroll across diverse structures (monthly, daily wage, shift-based, rotational, variable payrolls)
  • Handle payroll components including allowances, deductions, overtime, leave salary, and EOSB
  • Perform payroll adjustments, corrections, and final settlements

Compliance & WPS Management

  • Prepare, validate, and submit payroll through Wages Protection System (WPS / SIF files)
  • Ensure compliance with MOHRE labour law, including EOSB and leave salary regulations
  • Maintain audit-ready payroll documentation and support internal/external audits

Client Management & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client payroll queries and escalations
  • Interpret client contracts and compensation structures for accurate payroll execution
  • Coordinate with HR, PRO, and Finance teams for payroll inputs and validations

Reconciliation & Controls

  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies prior to processing
  • Maintain strong payroll controls with a zero-error mindset
  • Generate payroll reports and ensure data accuracy across systems

Accounts Receivable (AR) Support

  • Track client billing against payroll disbursements and identify variances
  • Follow up on outstanding dues related to payroll services
  • Coordinate with Key Account Managers for collections and query resolution

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll efficiency, accuracy, and reporting
  • Support automation and standardization initiatives

Key Requirements & Competencies

  • 4–6 years of UAE payroll experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Strong expertise in payroll processing (allowances, deductions, overtime, leave salary, EOSB)
  • Hands-on experience with complex payroll structures (monthly, shift-based, variable, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS (SIF), and payroll compliance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations, large datasets)
  • Ability to interpret contracts and translate them into payroll structures
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and escalations effectively

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in outsourcing / payroll services / manpower companies
  • Exposure to managing payroll for multiple industries or large workforce volumes
  • Strong understanding of payroll controls and audit processes
