About the Role
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing payroll processes with accuracy and compliance, ensuring employees are paid on time while adhering to Saudi labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing & Compliance
Accurately calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll components.
Ensure payroll data is submitted on time to government systems, including GOSI and other relevant platforms.
Process monthly payroll, ensuring timely payments in accordance with local labor laws.
Employee Records & Support
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and leave balances.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits in a timely manner.
Reporting & Auditing
Prepare payroll reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries for management and auditing.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and financial reporting.
Resolve discrepancies related to payroll, GOSI contributions, and government submissions.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, GOSI regulations, and payroll processing.
Proficiency in payroll software and government systems (GOSI, MOL, Qiwa).
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
Language: Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
Certifications: Professional certification in payroll (e.g., CPP, CIPP) is a plus.
