About this role:

Review and analyze payroll data and reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate posting to payroll records.

Manage the printing and leave status reports

Prepare, process, and track wage

Process and maintain records of employee leave status

Maintain filing system for payroll and related records

Prepare and direct processing of deductions

Perform related duties as to specific assignments

Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals, and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution

Communicate with managers, supervisors, co-workers, citizens, and others, maintains confidentiality

Coordinate with recruitment team for engagement for a new joiner and assisting the team to speed up engagement

Prepare Action Confirmation for the internal transfers, promotion, and salary increase/decrease.

Provide and process the Final Settlement

Additional tasks/duties may be delegated as per the requirement

Occupational and workplace Health and Safety responsibilities:

In addition to all job specific responsibilities, all employees are required to adhere to all Khidmah health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations. All employees are personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc. Khidmah HSE department regularly updates existing and introduce new policies, procedures and practices and each employee is personally responsible to ensure they stay updated and compliant with all such updates and new additions.

Information Security responsibilities:

Comply with Khidmah Information Security Policies

Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities

Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training

Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).

Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus

Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges, and associated passwords.

Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent in any related field e.g., Psychology

HR Professional certifications is a plus. E.g., CIPD, SHRM

2-4 years of experience in Recruitment & HR.

2-3 years’ experience within FM industry is preferrable

with SAP ERP experience preferred
