- This position reports to Comp and Benefits Lead
- This is a permanent position based in Dubai
This role will provide key Oracle HR Self Service administrative support to the business. The role will also be responsible for generating salary-related letters, entering compensation and benefits data into Oracle, administering long-service awards, and supporting Compensation & Benefits reviews and projects.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a relevant discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in HR or Compensation & Benefits Administration.
- 1–2 years of data analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Candidate must have a UAEpassport& a Familybook.
