We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to join our fashion company. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Responsibilities:
* Develop patterns from sketches, measurements and design references.
* Create and adjust patterns for sampling and production.
* Perform pattern grading for all required sizes.
* Ensure accurate fit, structure, balance and drape.
* Make pattern corrections following fittings.
* Prepare accurate, production-ready patterns.
* Work closely with tailors during sample development.
* Support garment construction and resolve fitting issues.
* Use both manual and CAD pattern-making techniques.
