Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine initial samples while overseeing quality
- Ensure perfect garment fit and construction
- Create clothing patterns from sketches, samples, or photos
- Conduct fittings and adjustments
- Perform precise, high-end tailoring and pattern grading
- Prepare complete technical documentation for every model (cutting details, size charts, processing recommendations)
