Position: Patient Relations Officer / Clinic Receptionist

join our team

. The ideal candidate should have a background in clinic operations, excellent

communication skills

, and the ability to provide a welcoming and efficient experience for patients. While proficiency in Arabic is not mandatory, basic knowledge of the language will be an advantage as you will be working in a reputed airline clinic where

communication

with both local and international patients is key.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Reception:

Greet patients and visitors warmly, offering a compassionate and professional atmosphere.

Check-in patients and collect necessary information accurately.

Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.

Upselling

products from Para-pharma. Phone Management:

Answer phone calls promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

Confirm and remind patients of upcoming appointments. Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks such as patient record management and data entry.

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Insurance Verification:

Verify patient insurance information and eligibility.

Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries.

Knowledge on JAWDA KPIs. Medical Billing:

Support the processing of patient invoices and the collection of payments.

Ensure accurate documentation of billing information. Patient Assistance:

Address patient queries and provide information regarding clinic services.

Maintain a helpful and informative atmosphere for patients. Health and Safety Compliance:

Follow clinic protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff.

Adhere to confidentiality guidelines concerning patient information.

Collaboration

with Medical Staff:

Coordinate with medical professionals to facilitate smooth clinic operations.

Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.  Qualifications and Requirements:

European female national. Immediate availability for employment. Previous experience as a receptionist in a clinic setting is essential. Familiarity with medical terminology and clinic procedures. Excellent

communication skills

in both English and Arabic (basic knowledge of Arabic is preferred). Experience using clinic management software is an advantage. Ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns with

empathy

and

professionalism

. Has good knowledge on using Healthcare Software.
