Job Objective
Clinica Sabah Specialty Hospital is looking for a professional and experienced Patient Relations Coordinator to join our team and support patients throughout their healthcare journey while ensuring excellent service, patient satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients throughout all stages of their healthcare journey.
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and medical procedures between patients, physicians, and different departments.
- Build strong relationships with patients and provide a personalized experience from the first inquiry until post-treatment follow-up.
- Explain aesthetic procedures, treatment plans, and hospital services clearly and professionally to patients.
- Understand patients’ needs, provide suitable recommendations, and support patients in selecting the most appropriate aesthetic treatments and procedures.
- Follow up with potential patients, manage inquiries, and convert consultations into confirmed appointments and procedures.
- Promote and present cosmetic procedures and healthcare services professionally while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
- Follow up with patients before and after aesthetic procedures to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain continuous communication.
- Contact patients after treatment to monitor their recovery, answer inquiries, and coordinate with the medical team when required.
- Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility in the UAE (mandatory).
- Previous experience in patient coordination, aesthetic clinics, cosmetic procedures, or healthcare services sales.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of aesthetic treatments and medical procedures.
- Ability to confidently explain and promote cosmetic procedures and convert patient inquiries into bookings.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Professional appearance with a patient-focused and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple patients and tasks.
