Dr. Alnaeem Medical Center is looking for an experienced Female Patient Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking a candidate who has previous UAE experience working specifically as a Patient Coordinator in a medical center, clinic, or hospital.
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Must have her own valid UAE visa (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience as a Patient Coordinator (Mandatory)
- Previous experience in a medical center, clinic, or hospital
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and follow-ups
- Knowledge of EMR/CRM systems is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients professionally
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatments
- Ensure a smooth and exceptional patient experience
Important Note
Only female candidates who have:
- A valid UAE own visa, and
- Previous UAE experience specifically as a "Patient Coordinator"
will be considered. Applicants who do not meet these mandatory requirements will not be shortlisted.
