Patient Coordinator Jobs in Sharjah at My child & I dental center

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates – job boards, social media, and networks to attract candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule meetings with hiring managers.
Prepare and extend job offers, guide candidates through onboarding.
Recruitment Reporting
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and maintain recruitment records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
3+ years of recruitment experience, prefer fitness, automotive industry background.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and ATS.
Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
