Seed Health & Wellness Centre is seeking a compassionate, organised, and service-oriented Patient Care Specialist to support our patients throughout their care journey. As a primary point of contact, you will help ensure that every in-person, telephone, and digital interaction reflects Seed’s commitment to professional, personalised, and patient-centred care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome patients and maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Respond to patient enquiries and provide accurate information about Seed’s services.
- Manage appointments, confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations, and active waiting lists.
- Process payments, invoices, insurance reimbursement forms, and other patient transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate patient records, test-result trackers, follow-ups, and end-of-day reports.
- Handle patient concerns professionally, provide appropriate resolutions, and escalate complex matters when required.
- Coordinate closely with practitioners and other departments to support a smooth patient journey.
- Help maintain an organised, presentable, and fully operational front-desk environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, communications, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in patient services, healthcare administration, medical reception, or a similar healthcare role.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- Experience using CRM, appointment-booking, billing, or digital patient-management systems.
- Confidence in managing patient concerns and complaints with professionalism, sound judgement, and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, attention to detail, and respect for patient confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and collaborate effectively in a busy clinical environment.
