Collect and analyze data to diagnose and monitor the progression of diseases.
Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and technology to conduct tests and experiments.
Ensureaccuracy and precisionin all testing, record-keeping, and reporting procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized working environment to adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
Keepup-to-datewith advancements in the field of pathology by attending conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Train and supervise laboratory staff to ensure compliance with protocols, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Pathology.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Pathologist in a reputable healthcare facility.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, andproblem-solving skills.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment and technology.
Ability to work independently and as part of amultidisciplinaryteam.
Attention to detailand ability to maintain accurate records.
