Job Title: Pastry Commis
Key Responsibilities:
Measures and mixes ingredients, such as flour, flavouring, and fruit, to form concoctions.
Kneads dough into desired shape and places dough in oven.
Turns oven controls to regulate temperatures and to set time cycle for baking products.
Decorates products with icing designs, using spatula and cream bag.
Creates new designs and recipes.
Inspects pastry shop, baking equipment, and workers for cleanliness.
Any other reasonable duties as required to fulfil the needs of the business.
Directs and controls work in the area of responsibility to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met
Monitors the consistency of preparation and presentation in relevant food production area to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards.
Ensures that food is stored, prepared and secured hygienically and safely.
Assists in maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and related areas.
Requirements:
2+ Years of experience in Pastry Making and Bakery

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
