Fairmont Bab Al Bahr is seeking a pastry applicant to assist in producing pastries, desserts, breads, and other bakery items in a luxury hotel kitchen. You will help with mise en place, ensure timely production, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation aligned with our brand.
You will follow HACCP guidelines, operate kitchen equipment safely, and support with buffet setups and seasonal events.
