Pastry Chef job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in preparing and creating a variety of pastries, cakes and other desserts in a professional kitchen setting. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for developing new recipes and managing the production process from start to finish. They should have an eye for detail, be able to work quickly and efficiently, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
The salary offered is 900 per month.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes and other desserts according to recipes
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure quality control standards are met during food preparation
- Follow health and safety regulations when handling food
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Develop creative recipes for new desserts
- Train staff on proper baking techniques as needed
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working as a pastry chef or similar role in a professional kitchen setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations when handling food
- Attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure
