We are in search of a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a reputable bakery in El-Ain India. As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries cakes and other desserts. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the bakerys high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of pastries cakes and other desserts according to recipes or customer requests
- Decorate and present pastries in an attractive manner
- Ensure all ingredients are properly stored used and rotated to maintain freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Train new pastry team members on techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items or seasonal specials
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant position in a bakery or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques ingredients and equipment
- Creativity and attention to detail for decorating pastries
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required culinary degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Fluent in Hindi proficiency in English is a plus
Salary
1200$ per month negotiable based on experience
