We are looking for a TikTok & Instagram Account Manager who can not only grow our online presence but also generate sales through social media marketing and direct customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales & Lead Generation:
Drive direct sales via TikTok & Instagram by showcasing products and handling inquiries.
Convert social media followers into paying customers through engaging content and DMs.
Promote limited-time deals, discounts, and offers to increase conversions.
Assist customers with product selection and purchase processes via online chat and comments.
✅ Content Creation & Engagement:
Create and post high-quality short-form videos featuring our refurbished laptops and IT products.
Develop engaging product showcases, unboxings, and customer testimonials to build trust.
Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and DMs to provide product details and close sales.
Utilize trending hashtags, challenges, and viral strategies to increase reach.
✅ Advertising & Performance Tracking:
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager & Instagram Ads to drive traffic and sales.
Track key performance metrics (engagement rate, conversions, revenue) and adjust strategies for better results.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews to enhance content strategy.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in social media sales & marketing (preferably TikTok & Instagram).
✔ Strong content creation, video editing, and storytelling skills.
✔ Knowledge of TikTok & Instagram algorithms, trends, and viral marketing tactics.
✔ Experience in managing paid ads and influencer collaborations.
✔ Excellent communication and persuasive skills to drive sales.
✔ Ability to work independently and develop sales-driven marketing strategies.
