Job Description:
Leaders Training Centre – Qatar is looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry & Cake Baking Trainer to deliver a 40-hour (10 classes) beginner-level baking course. The trainer will be responsible for conducting hands-on sessions covering cake baking, pastries, breads, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical training sessions in cake baking, pastry, and bakery techniques
- Teach fundamentals such as kitchen safety, hygiene, and ingredient handling
- Guide students in preparing breads, French pastries, desserts, and cakes
- Demonstrate techniques including mixing, baking, icing, frosting, and cake decoration
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and professional learning environment
- Support students with hands-on practice and skill development
Course Coverage:
- Bread making (savory breads, sourdough basics, pizza dough)
- French pastries (croissants, macarons, éclairs, tarts)
- Simple desserts (cookies, brownies, muffins, Arabic sweets)
- Cake baking and decoration (sponge, buttercream, layering, finishing)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or Baking Instructor
- Strong knowledge of cake baking, pastry, and dessert preparation
- Ability to deliver hands-on training sessions
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Passion for training and mentoring aspiring bakers
