About the Company:
A manufacturing plant specialized in producing beverages and juices (juices, matcha, hibiscus, ice tea, karak tea, and others) across liquid and powder production lines.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on experience operating pasteurization and homogenization systems within food and beverage manufacturing plants, able to:
- Perform pasteurization and homogenization processes according to product requirements
- Check mixing tank readiness before start-up (air pressure, steam pressure, and sensor readings)
- Monitor and control pasteurization time and temperature according to product requirements
- Set and monitor homogenization pressure according to product requirements
- Verify first and last push volume according to product density and flow
- Monitor product inlet and outlet temperature
- Oversee proper transfer of the product into storage tanks
- Complete and maintain operational records (Batch Card, checklists) related to pasteurization and homogenization processes in accordance with approved SOPs
Equipment Used:
- Tubular Pasteurizer
- CIP systems controlled by SCADA system
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating pasteurization and homogenization systems in food or beverage manufacturing plants
- Experience with SCADA systems and automated process controls is preferred
- Good working knowledge of food safety standards (GMP/HACCP preferred)
