What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our expanding team and assist clients in discovering their ideal off-plan properties. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential – the more deals you close, the higher your income!
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering expert advice on the best off-plan investment opportunities in Dubai and across the UAE.
Sales & Negotiation: Actively sell off-plan properties, using your strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals and consistently exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the property market, upcoming developments, and investment opportunities to provide informed guidance to your clients.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, supporting them throughout the entire purchasing journey.
Lead Generation & Networking: Build your own network of leads and effectively convert them into successful sales.
What We Need From You:
Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Proven ability to close deals and foster strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Passion for Real Estate: A genuine interest in properties, particularly in the UAE real estate market, and a deep passion for the industry.
Financial Independence for 3-6 Months: As this role is commission-based, candidates must be financially self-sufficient for the first 3-6 months while establishing their client base and closing deals.
In-Depth Property Knowledge: A thorough understanding of off-plan properties, the Dubai real estate market, and the UAE’s Municipal and Land Department Authorities.
Proactive & Self-Motivated: You are driven to succeed, take initiative, and consistently strive to meet your sales goals.
Good Communication Skills & Tech Proficiency: Strong command of English, an active UAE driving license, and the use of a laptop and smartphone.

What We Offer:
Join Us as a Remote Partner: We welcome you to start by joining as a voluntary remote partner to receive industry briefings and gain experience in networking with potential investor clients.
Deal Closure Support: Once you have an investor client lead, we will provide full office support to help you close the deal under your name. We will also formalize a partnership agreement upon receiving your first luxury off-plan property sale.
Partnership Agreement: A formal employee partnership agreement will be offered once you commit to a 6-month to 1-year loyalty period along with successfully closing 2 Off plan Property Sales by your own network Investor clients.
Uncapped Earning Potential: Your income is directly tied to your performance. The more properties you sell, the more you earn!

Commission Based Pay Structure : Upon successful Offplan Property Sales Deal Closure ( 45-120 days developers takes to transfer commission after the deal is successfully closed by the agent)

8) Have you developed skills in video and photo shooting for properties such as apartments or villas?
