The Passenger B2B Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving SAR North & East business growth by identifying and securing partnerships with corporate clients and other business entities.
The post holder will be responsible for developing SAR rail and ancillary products, executing sales strategies, creating customized partner marketing campaigns, and managing relationships with key external stakeholders.
The position will play a crucial role in enhancing the company’s brand image, market presence and achieving sales targets within the commercial rail transport sector.

Responsible for:
SAR is committed to delivering the highest levels of safety and improving customer satisfaction. You should ensure that you are aware of the initiatives and processes designed to achieve this.
Personal Conduct and Presentation:
You shall attend for duty at the time and place specified.
When attending for duty and while on duty you will comply with the policies, procedures, standards and instructions operated by SAR.
When unable to attend for duty or resume duty after a period of absence you shall give adequate notice in accordance with the appropriate procedure.
Whilst on duty you should conduct yourself in a way which is consistent with the efficient, professional and customer focused objectives of SAR.
You should maintain a neat and tidy appearance and wear the uniform provided in accordance with the SAR uniform Standard.
Contribution to a Secure Working Environment:
Should you become aware of or observe acts or conditions, which pose a risk to customers, employees or property you, should take remedial action as appropriate.
Develop and Maintain Productive Working Relationships:
You must communicate effectively with other SAR employees and other railway interfaces to ensure the smooth running of the train service.
You must support other employees in carrying out their duties, particularly during disruption.
You should continually look for ways to improve customer service and business performance and feel free to submit ideas for doing so.
Contribution to Self-Development
You must maintain your skills and competencies to the required standard and highlight any deficiencies to your Supervisor / Manager to enable action to be taken.
Obtaining and Providing Information
You must comply with all SAR policies.
You must prepare and submit written reports as appropriate and also when requested.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing ,Business Administration or a related field.
Years of experience: Minimum 4 years At least 2 years successful track record in a business development, sales or marketing field.
Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
Ability to influence internally and/or with external funders or partners.
Results-orientated, dynamic and creative.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English language.
Solid analytical and project management skills.
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups and a solid writer.
Rail or transport experience would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
