We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in Microsoft Managed Services and Cybersecurity Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT services, strong sales acumen, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft Managed Services (M365, Azure, etc.) and Cybersecurity solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with potential clients, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Present tailored solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver compelling sales pitches.

2. Client Engagement & Account Management

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate M365, Azure, and cybersecurity solutions.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

3. Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion

Establish partnerships with Microsoft, cybersecurity vendors, and technology providers.
Keep up with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging cybersecurity threats.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships.

4. Proposal & Contract Management

Prepare and submit proposals, RFPs, and pricing quotes.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track sales pipeline, lead conversions, and revenue growth.
Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT services, preferably in Microsoft solutions and cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Managed Services (M365, Azure, Intune, Defender, etc.) and cybersecurity solutions (SOC, firewalls, endpoint security, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
Knowledge of industry compliance and security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) is a plus.
