Roles & Responsibilities:
Establishing the processes relevant to the parts businessInventory Management.
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of spare parts to meet customer demands.
Ensure timely approvals and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Manage relationships with dealers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
Formulate and implementinnovativebusiness plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
Conduct market analysis to identify pricing trends and the competitive landscape.
Proven experience in Budgeting and cost controlling.
Optimize inventory planning processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory costs.
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration/Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
5-10 years Experience in the same field.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
Self-motivated and result oriented.
Bilingual Arabic/English (Arab speaker preferred).
High skills inleadershipand organization.
Experience in Commercial and Heavy Equipment Parts.
Proven experience in Parts ordering and planning.
