We are seeking a dynamic and community-focused Partnership Specialist to build and strengthen relationships with non-profit organizations (NPOs), educational institutions, training providers, and employment partners. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our partnership network, enhancing service delivery, and supporting initiatives that create meaningful impact within communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with NPOs and community organizations that support individuals across areas such as:
- Mental health
- Housing
- Physical health
- Addiction recovery
- Legal support
- Learning and education
- Training and employment services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and requests, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular meetings with partners, capturing insights and feedback to support service improvement.
- Gather market intelligence and community insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
- Support partner onboarding activities, including delivering induction and orientation sessions.
- Provide guidance, technical support, and performance improvement recommendations to partner organizations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Identify and escalate partnership risks and compliance concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- Travel regularly to meet with partners and stakeholders as required.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with NGOs/NPOs, procurement, supply chain, stakeholder engagement, or a related field.
- Experience working with the public sector and government-funded programs is required.
- Proven experience managing external stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
- Experience supporting community-based initiatives is highly desirable.
