About the role
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead our efforts in the Saudi Arabian West Region, focusing on B2B growth, partnerships, and fleet deals. The role involves scaling invygo’s presence through strategic partnerships, corporate sales, and market penetration, building long-term relationships and achieving growth in revenue, fleet size, and market share.
Partnership Strategy and Execution
Collaborate with leadership to define partnership strategies in Saudi Arabia, emphasizing B2B, fleet deals, and GIG economy partnerships.
Identify, engage, and close deals with potential partners in automotive, corporate, and fleet sectors.
Maintain and nurture relationships with key partners for long-term collaboration.
Market Growth and Business Development
Develop and implement business development plans targeting untapped sectors and high-growth industries.
Build a pipeline of B2B partnerships to ensure revenue growth.
Expand invygo’s vehicle fleet by collaborating with suppliers and dealers to increase vehicle availability and diversity.
Team Management and Collaboration
Hire, train, and lead a team of partnership executives to meet KPIs.
Work with the product team to develop tailored B2B solutions.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to deliver excellent partner experiences.
Performance Tracking and Optimization
Monitor partnership performance using KPIs and report regularly to leadership.
Use data insights to refine strategies, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Represent invygo at industry events to increase visibility and generate leads.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieve monthly B2B revenue targets through partnerships.
Increase fleet size by 20% within 12 months.
Secure at least 5 major corporate accounts within six months.
Maintain a 90% partner retention rate.
Establish partnerships in 3 new sectors within 12 months.
Reduce partnership deal cycle time by 15%.
Requirements
5+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in automotive or mobility sectors.
Proven success in exceeding revenue targets in B2B environments.
Deep understanding of the Saudi automotive, fleet leasing, or subscription markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
Data-driven with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot.
