Partner Acquisition Representative Jobs in Sharjah at Tabasco

Job Summary

The Partner Acquisition Representative plays a dual-action growth role at Tabasco Human Capital. This position is responsible for driving business expansion across two critical fronts: Supplier Partnership Development and B2B Client Lead Generation.

On the supply side, the representative will source, vet, and onboard local manpower suppliers and sub-contractors who can deploy qualified blue-collar and skilled technical personnel (such as welders, fabricators, and pipefitters) to support major Tabasco client projects. On the demand side, the representative will actively target and prospect potential B2B clients across the GCC region (Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE), pitching Tabasco’s manpower solutions and securing qualified sales meetings for our Business Development Manager and Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities1. Manpower Supplier & Sub-Contractor Acquisition (Supply Side)

  • Identify, map, and engage with local manpower supply companies, agencies, and sub-contractors operating in the region.
  • Build a strong pipeline of reliable manpower partners who can supply ready, skilled, and trade-certified workforces (e.g., Welders, Fabricators, Fitters, Riggers, Civil/MEP trades).
  • Negotiate commercial terms, supply agreements, rates, and SLA conditions with partner suppliers in alignment with Tabasco’s standards.
  • Ensure all partner suppliers strictly comply with local labor laws, safety standards, and deployment timelines required by Tabasco’s clients.

2. GCC Client Acquisition & Lead Generation (Demand Side)

  • Proactively research, cold-call, network, and prospect target clients (contractors, EPC firms, industrial yards, manufacturing plants) across key GCC markets (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE).
  • Pitch Tabasco’s comprehensive manpower solutions to key decision-makers (Procurement Heads, HR Directors, Project Directors, Operations Managers).
  • Qualify potential client leads and secure confirmed in-person or virtual business meetings for the Business Development Manager and Operations Director.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM log tracking all client contacts, meeting conversions, and follow-ups.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Tabasco’s Operations Director and BDM to understand project-specific manpower demands (e.g., upcoming recruitment drives, project ramp-ups).
  • Serve as the primary bridge between local manpower suppliers and internal operations to ensure rapid deployment during high-volume recruitment efforts.
  • Gather market intelligence on regional manpower rates, competitor activities, and upcoming megaprojects in the GCC.
  • End-to-End Account Ownership: Gradually take ownership of closing medium-scale client deals independently without needing executive intervention.
  • Partner Performance Management: Establish annual performance scorecards for local manpower suppliers, managing partner tiering, rate renegotiations, and preferred-vendor lists.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Execute strategic growth initiatives and operational assignments as directed by senior leadership to support company expansion.
