Daily Responsibilities
Conflict resolution and de-escalation
Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the premises
Interact with clients and guests
Report safety issues or hazards
Report suspicious activity
Provide detailed witness reports

Position Requirements
18+ years old
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer/tech skills
Customer service experience preferred
Security experience a plus
Professional interaction skills
Ability to conduct patrols and remain vigilant
Valid Driver’s License
Professional appearance and alertness
