Qualification & Requirement:
Qualifications: CA completed
Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and reporting abilities Job
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and analysing financial data to support cost efficiency and profitability.
– Analysing costs, materials, and overheads Preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Maintaining accurate cost accounting records and reports Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
– Conducting audits to ensure cost controls are in place Recommending cost-saving measures to management
– Managing inventory valuations and production costs
– Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and queries, fostering effective communication and problem-solving.
– Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
