Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team at Dmaxx Properties. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing expert advice and unparalleled customer service. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated and passionate about real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospective buyers, sellers, and investors. Provide personalized guidance and advice throughout the buying or selling process.
Property Listings & Marketing: Actively list properties for sale or rent and develop effective marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels including digital platforms, print ads, and open houses.
Showings & Negotiations: Arrange property showings, conduct property tours, and assist in negotiating offers to ensure a smooth transaction for both buyers and sellers.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments. Provide clients with comprehensive information on the local real estate market to help them make informed decisions.
Documentation & Contract Management: Prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents. Ensure that all transactions comply with relevant real estate laws and regulations.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets. Drive business growth through referrals and repeat clients.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with other property consultants and support staff to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong desire to start a career in real estate.
Atleast 6 months to 1 year of Experience.
Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and client focus.
Familiarity with real estate technology tools and platforms is preferred (CRM).
