About the Role
Renow Pro is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a strong background in interior fit-out and renovation projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can work remotely while supporting project cost control, resource planning, budget monitoring, and project performance management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that project teams utilize labor, materials, and subcontractor resources according to approved budgets and schedules while identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, BOQs, and cost reports.
- Allocate and track labor, material, and subcontractor resources according to project budgets.
- Monitor actual costs versus budgeted costs and identify variances.
- Investigate and justify cost overruns, resource wastage, and budget deviations.
- Review site material consumption and labor productivity.
- Develop project baseline schedules and monitor progress against planned milestones.
- Track project delays, slippages, and schedule variances.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost and performance reports.
- Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Review variation orders, claims, and additional work requests.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and management.
- Conduct occasional site visits when required for verification, clarification, and project reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, cost control, and quantity surveying.
- Experience with project scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Ability to analyze labor productivity, material consumption, and project profitability.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and project reporting.
- Experience with project management and cost-tracking systems is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: Up to AED1,000.00 per month
