Part time General Dentist (UAE NAtional) Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Dr Firas Dental & Orthodontic Center
The job holder is responsible for providing various dental services to patients, including preventive services, restorative services, cosmetic procedures, and overall dental health concerns. He/she will work closely with the assigned dental assistant to ensure that the patient receives the highest level of dental service.
· Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients.
· Evaluate patient’s dental health and prescribe medications, if needed
· Educate patients on preventive dental care and oral health care.
· Design and fix prosthodontic appliances including bridges, dentures, and space maintainers.
· Handle and manage emergency and trauma dental cases.
· Refer patients to appropriate specialists when needed.
· Work well with assigned dental assistants and ensure to provide quality patient treatments.
· Maintain proper handling of instruments and ensure they are properly sterilized before use.
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with regulations, rules, and procedures.
· Maintain dental supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders.
· Provide patients with cost estimates and details of a treatment plan.
· Follow scope of center’s services and refer patients to other facilities when and as necessary.
· Provide treatment according to the center’s services and privileges applied by the dentist from DOH.
