Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Football Coach at Nujoom Sports Management. The Football Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering training sessions, developing team strategies, and fostering skills and sportsmanship among youth players. Additional responsibilities include monitoring player progress, ensuring a safe training environment, and promoting an inclusive and positive atmosphere in line with Nujoom’s philosophy of sports excellence.
Qualifications
- Skilled in Football Coaching and general Coaching techniques, with experience in the sport of Football
- Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff
- Expertise in Training methods to help individuals and teams achieve their full potential
- The ability to motivate and inspire players to develop their skills and display strong teamwork
- Prior experience in coaching youth or working within sports academies is highly desirable
- Recognized coaching certifications or qualifications are a plus
- Basic knowledge of fitness and safety guidelines in sports training
