Role: Inside Sales Agent / Real Estate Broker
As an Inside Sales Agent / Property Consultant, you will be responsible for driving property sales and rentals, generating new business opportunities, and providing expert guidance to clients. You will leverage your sales skills, market knowledge, and client relationship expertise to excel in Dubai’s highly competitive real estate sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Representation & Sales
Represent clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and guide clients through each step of the transaction.
Offer expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and legal requirements.
Build and maintain a strong network of clients, investors, and industry professionals.
Proactively generate leads and manage a sales pipeline of buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and online marketing.
Work with the leasing team to create targeted marketing strategies to attract new leads.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential investors, buyers, and tenants.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring
Assist clients in understanding lease and purchase terms and conditions.
Negotiate lease and sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
Work with legal teams and ensure compliance with Dubai’s real estate laws and regulations.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify profitable opportunities and emerging investment trends.
Provide clients with valuable insights on Dubai’s real estate landscape.
Customer Service & Client Management
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, tenants, and landlords.
Ensure a seamless client experience, fostering trust and repeat business.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage (minimum 2 years in the UAE market preferred).
✅ Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, trends, and regulations.
✅ Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
✅ Highly motivated by commissions, prioritizing earnings potential over base salary.
✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
✅ Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Propspace) and Microsoft Office Suite.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✅ RERA certification and UAE driving license are a plus.
