Position Overview:We are seeking a responsible, caring, and energetic Au Pair to support our two children (ages 7 and
4) in their daily routines and educational development. This role is based in Dubai, UAE, and is part-time during the school term, with additional full-time support required during certain school holidays, including part of the winter, spring, and summer breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
School Term (Part-Time):
Mornings (6:00 AM–7:30 AM):Assist the children in getting ready for school and preparing their snack boxes.
Afternoons (3:00 PM–7:00 PM):
Support the 4-year-old with reading and early learning.
Assist the 7-year-old with writing, spelling, math, and homework.
Plan and engage the children in creative games and activities.
Accompany the children (along with the driver) to after-school activities.
Saturdays:
Work from9:00 AM to 1:00 PMfor academic and activity support.
School Holidays (Full-Time):
Full-time support will be required during some school holidays, including part of the winter, spring, and summer breaks. Specific schedules will be shared in advance.
Occasional travel with the family may be required to provide support during trips.
Compensation &
Benefits:
Part-Time Salary (School Term):
AED5,000–7,000 per month
, based on experience and qualifications.
Full-Time Holiday Support Pay:
AED7,500–10,000 per month
, depending on workload and responsibilities during holiday periods.
Benefits:
Medical insurance and resident visa will be provided.
Requirements:
Previous experience in childcare or tutoring roles.
Strong academic skills, particularly in reading and math.
Creativity to plan engaging games and activities for the children.
Knowledge of French or Spanish would be a plus (not compulsory).
Willingness to occasionally travel with the family to provide child support.

Pay: AED 5,000.00 – AED 7,000.00 per month
