Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain general ledger
Maintain and update financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Support audits by providing required documents and schedules
Monitor expenses and report any discrepancies
Handle petty cash
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Maintain and file accounting documents, invoices, contracts, and supporting records in an organized manner.
Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required schedules and documentation.
Perform any other accounting or administrative duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
- 5-7 years of accounting experience in Construction or Similar field
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi/Urdu
