Role
Purpose
and Summary
The paralegal will support the legal team by maintaining and drafting documents, organizing files, conducting legal research to ensure compliance, and facilitating efficient reviews and case management. The role involves liaising with stakeholders and staying informed about legal changes to provide current support.
Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience
Experience in an investment holding or infrastructure development company is preferred
Proficiency in legal research methodologies and databases
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent legal written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Knowledge of KSA legal procedures and terminology; familiarity with other jurisdictions is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Role-Specific Technical Tasks
Assist in preparing legal documents-contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits-ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support the filing of legal documents with courts and agencies, ensuring procedural compliance
Conduct legal research to support case strategy
Organize and maintain case files for efficient management
Coordinate stakeholder meetings and court appearances
Draft correspondence and communicate with clients and stakeholders
Review and summarize legal documents to extract key information
Assist in preparing court exhibits and presentations as needed
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Stay updated on legal changes to provide current support
